Important information for your first visit

Our practice is located in an old building and is therefore not barrier-free.  You will have to walk to the 1st half floor.

We request strollers not to be carried into the practice, but to be parked in the hallway on the ground floor and secured to the brass rod with a bicycle lock. You can borrow a bicycle lock at reception. Please be sure to return it!

In the practice, there are separate waiting rooms for sick and healthy children. We try to separate sick children from healthy children as best as possible and therefore offer different treatment times and different waiting areas. Please note these times.

Please bring your e-card or proof of insurance with you to every visit, as well as the mother-child pass and vaccination certificate and any important prior information (such as x-rays or laboratory findings or doctor's letters from the hospital).

First appointment with baby:

Please bring your e-card and photo ID with you on your first visit and, if you have a newborn, a replacement receipt from your health insurance company. If you have not yet received the e-card or have forgotten it, we ask you to deposit a stake of € 120. Of course, you will get this back in full as soon as you have an e-card. 

If you come with your baby, please take a diaper or cloth diaper with you.
